Taloch founder member of the Dolmen,
Lead vocals, Acoustic and Electric guitar, Singer Song Writer,
Born an Islander of Portland off the Dorset coast of the UK. Talochs music and rough edge suits well the heritage of which he springs, Portland being renowned as the first UK Smugglers Port and its long standing association with Piratical rebel rousers and Viking port. Taloch has drawn from folklore, legend and historical account to build a musical identity of a golden age, appearing on Radio and TV in the UK and main land Europe. Taloch has never lost his cultural musical root and as the master musterer drives his music with passion and the fire of the Celts.
Keri Pinney- Vocals, Flutes, Whistles
Keri is no stranger to the stage, performing since childhood and following very much in her family’s musical and cultural traditions.She has worked as a solo performer and as the lead vocalist and flute player with the progressive folk band The Elfin, appearing at festivals and venues all over Britain..
Keri's roots in folk go right back to her childhood where by she would gather folktales and traditional songs from the older souls of her home Island of Portland, and entertain her friends and family by singing and acting, self accompanied with flute and guitar.
Kayleigh Marchant- Bass Guitar,Vocals
Coming from a seasoned theatre background Kayleigh's vocal and dance ability shines through making each performance a poetic festivity of party fun. Her driving Bass style compliments the energy of her spirit guaranteed raw party stuff.Kayleiggh's ong writing ability contributes to the original sound and performance of The Dolmen.
Josh Elliott- Guitar, Vocals
Song Writer, Electric Guitar, Flat back Bouzouki,Mandolin and Vocals.
Taking life in his stride Josh took The Dolmen by storm adding his own original style of Celtic & Medieval music. His first album being Crabchurch Conspiracy, of which he composed along side Taloch producing some outstanding musical compositions that for a debut into the band will be remembered for long time in Dolmen history.
Josh is a true Celt of the Island. his passion for tradition and love of folklore shines in his music and entertains with classical precision people of all taste.
Chris Jones - Drums
Chris brings a unique style of Celtic Drumming from the highlands. His high energy drives well and is an integral element not only to the sound of the Dolmen that has become unique amongst folk rock music on today's market, but also as a driving energy
that fulfils the essence of the band..
Chris loves to be involved in all kinds of Celtic projects, that help promote the progressive and traditional sounds of tribal drums and the spirit of the mountain people.
